4 Things: Catherine Holm Cookware

I grew up with Catherineholm pieces in my house. I ate cereal every morning out of the blue on blue lotus leaf bowls (seen here), all the while never realizing I was dipping my spoon into something so iconic.  Thanks for having such great taste Mom. Today, I absolutely adore the lotus leaf patterned enamel pieces and I really think they look as good in a modern kitchen as they must have fifty years ago.  And to top it all off, the the company was based in Norway, my motherland.  Now what's not to like?
